p53、p21WAF-1和p63在胃肠间质瘤中表达的相互关系及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨053、p21WAF-1和p63在胃肠间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor，GIST）中的表达和相互关系及其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化S—P法检测70例手术切除胃肠间质瘤中p53、p21WAF-1和p63蛋白表达情况。结果p53、p21WAF-1和p63在GIST中表达率分别为62．86％（44／70）、34．29％（24／70）和14．29％（10／70）；p53与肿瘤部位、肿瘤坏死、肿瘤大小、核分裂像、Fletcher分级有关（P〈0．05）；p21WAF-1与肿瘤细胞类型、肿瘤大小、核分裂像、Fletcher分级有关（P〈0．05）；p63与核分裂像和肿瘤坏死有关（P〈0．05）；p53与p21WAF-1的表达呈负相关（r=-0．538，P=0．000）。结论p53、p21WAF-1和p63蛋白表达与GIST生物学行为关系密切，三者有可能成为判断GIST生物学行为的评价指标。Objective To study the expression of p53.p21WAF - 1 and p63 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors（GIST） and the relationship with clinicpathologieal factors. Methods The expression level of p53, p21WAF - 1 and p63 in 70 eases of GIST was examined by using SP method. Results The positive expression rate of p53 .p21WAF- 1 and p63 was 62.86% .34.29% and 14.29% respectively. The positive expression of p53 was related to primary location of tumor, necrosis, tumor diameter, nuclear mitosis and Fletcher grading（P 〈0.05）. The positive expression of p21WAF - 1 was related to tumor cell types,tumor diameter, nuclear mitosis and Fletcher grading（ P 〈0. 05 ）. The positive expression of p63 was related to necrosis and nuclear mitosis （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of p21WAF - 1 showed negative correlation with that of p.53. Conclusion The expression level of p53 ,p21WAF - 1 and p63 was closely related with the biological behavior of GIST and might be considered as potential marker for the biological behavior of GIST.
