普通高校体育与健康课程课内外一体化教学模式的改革研究

摘　　要：在对我校学生进行充分调查研究的基础上,我们对教学内容、教学大纲、教学评价体系、教材进行了改革,针对课外体育活动的组织形式和考核方法还进行了实验研究,创立了课外体育活动的组织管理体系和考核与监督评价体系,开设了作为课堂教学有益补充的网络课堂,构建了一种全新的普通高校体育与健康课程课内外一体化教学模式。On the basis of the investigation on students of Beijing University of Technology, this paper has carried out reforms on the teaching contents, syllabus, evaluation system and materials. Moreover, by experimental study on the organization and assessment method of the out - of - class sports activities, we have built the organizational management system and the assessment and monitoring evaluation system of the out - of - class sports, set up internet course which serves as a supplement to the class teaching, and worked out a new teaching model of the in - and - out - of - class integration of college sports and health course.
