摘 要:瑜伽在西方体育文化为主流的全球化语境中标上了自己的"商标",以独特的魅力吸引着越来越多的人参加。本文通过对瑜伽文化盛行的研究,得出身心双修是瑜伽盛行的核心因素。瑜伽的传播对我国民族体育文化全球化的启示:瑜伽文化全球化的关键是在于瑜伽文化在近现代的文化冲突与融合中所做出的新的价值选择;文化互补是民族体育文化全球化的契合点;和而不同是民族体育文化全球化的适应。Yoga, a sport with its special fascination has attracted more and more participation among people, and it has made its own trade mark in the situation where western sports culture has been regarded as the mainstream of the globe. This paper studies the prevailing of Yoga culture, and the conclusion is drawn that the key point for the prevailing of yoga lies in the cultivation of both one' s morality and mind. The enlightenment on the spreading of Yoga in the globalization of national sports culture obtained are: the newly made value choice in culture conflicting and blending in modem has been the key point of the globalization of Yoga culture, culture complementary has become the bonding point of the globalization of national sports culture, the difference in harmony is the adaptation of national sports culture towards the globalization.
