摘  要:采用生物谱以红外(波长1~1000μm)为主能量区的宽谱电磁波装置,对多种农作物种子进行辐照,依据种子品种及其粒形大小和是否带有坚韧外壳等确定辐照时间、温度、距离等处理参数,并以不辐照种子为对照,研究对种子萌发、幼苗生长及其代谢的影响,取得了初步结果。In our research the bio frequency spectrum, an apparatus of wide spectrum electromagnetic wave with infrared ray as the major energy is used to irradiate many kinds of crop seeds. Initial conclusions are drawn from the changs of the sprouting of the seed and growth and metabillism of seedling caused by the irradiation. With reference to those of the seeds not irradiated. 1.The sprouting of seeds is enhanced; 2. Changes have taken place in the growth of seedling. The height、fresh and dry weight of the seedling and the fresh weights of roots have all increased; 3. The superweak luminescence of seeds is enhanced; 4. The absorption of isotopic 3H leucine is increased; 5. The content of ATP is increased; 6. The activities of several protective enzymes as catalase, peroxidase. superoxide dismutase, and glutathione peroxidase are increased. At the same time, the content of maloaldehyde (lipid peroxi product) in the seedling visibly decreaced; 7.The activities of two teminal oxidase as ascorbic acid oxidase and polyphenol oxidase are increased. The above test results show that the sprouting rate of crop seeds, the growth and the ability of stress resistance of seedling can all be promoted ofter irradiated by Zhou Lin bio frequency spectrum apparatus.
