摘  要:用纤维素纤维改性剂聚环氧氯丙烷胺化物(PECH-amine)对涤棉织物中的棉进行改性,再使用分散染料微胶囊/活性染料高温高压一浴法无助剂染色.讨论了改性剂及氢氧化钠用量对涤棉染色的影响,将改性涤棉织物染色样品与未改性涤棉染色样品的K/S值进行对比,结果表明:在无助剂条件下,改性织物染色样品的K/S值较未改性涤棉二浴法染色提高了5%-15%,比一浴法染色提高了一倍以上,染料几乎完全吸尽,红色废水吸光度仅为原来的1/50左右,染色残液几乎呈无色透明状.此外,干湿摩擦牢度、耐洗色牢度与未改性涤棉染色样品相当.The cotton components in polyester-cotton blends were modified with the cellulose fiber modifi-er polyepichlorohyrin-dimethylamine(PECH-amine),and the blends were dyed by one bath dyeing method with microcapsulated disperses/reactive dyes in high temperature high pressure in the absence of auxiliaries.The ef-fects of the concentrations of PECH-amine and sodium hydroxide on dyeing were discussed.The results showed that the K/S value of the modified polyester-cotton without auxiliaries increased by 5%-15% and 100% compared with those of the untreated fabric in two bath dyeing and one bath dyeing method, respectively. The dye almost exhausted, the absorbance of red color waste dye was only 1/50 of the original one, the dye residue was nearly colorless and transparent, Moreover, the dry and wet crocking fastness and washing fastness were comparative with that of the untreated dyed polyester/cotton blends.
