摘  要:以环氧氯丙烷、二乙醇胺、乙二胺(作为交联剂)为原料,制备了有机阳离子聚合物(阳离子絮凝剂).研究了聚合温度、乙二胺用量、环氧氯丙烷和二乙醇胺量比、聚合时间对聚合物粘度的影响,通过正交试验确定了合成的最佳条件:n(环氧氯丙烷)/n(二乙醇胺)=1.5,n(乙二胺)/n(环氧氯丙烷+二乙醇胺)=0.03,70℃聚合7 h.并对三种不同染料模拟废水进行了脱色试验,结果表明:聚合产物作为絮凝剂,对三种染料模拟废水的絮凝脱色效果均为弱酸性染料>强酸性染料>活性染料.Organic cationic polymer(cationic flocculants) was synthesized using epichlorohydrin,diethanolam-ine and cross-linking agent ethylenediamine as materials.Influence of polymerization temperature,the amount of ethylenediamine,molar ratio of epichlorohydrin to diethanolamine and reaction time on the viscosity of polymer was investigated.The orthogonal experiment results intuitively showed the optimal synthesis condition: n(epichlo-rohydrin)/n(diethanolamine)=1.5 and n(ethylenediamine)/n(epichlorohydrin+diethanolamine)=O.03, reacting at 70 ℃;for 7 h. The decoloration of three different simulated dye waste water was carried out. The results showed that as flocculant the polymerization product had obvious fiocculation decoloration effect to the three simulated dye waste water, and the decoloration order was: weak acid dye〉strong acid dye〉reactive dye.
