摘 要:目的探讨影像学与病理学图文资料库的建立及其在临床教学中的应用价值。方法收集影像科和病理科的诊断信息和相关图像,建立影像-病理图文资料库,其中包括影像-病理诊断信息数据库、图文资料库及图像资料库,按照设定的教学题目查找相关的教学素材,包括诊断信息、图文及图像资料,共有40名相关人员使用了该资料库,并就该资料库在教学中的应用价值接受了问卷调查。结果按照设定的教学题目,40名使用者均在影像和病理图文资料库中顺利地查找到了所需求的教学素材(包括诊断信息、图文和图像资料)。调查结果显示:40名使用者均认为该资料库便于影像与病理诊断信息的查找与核对、影像与病理图文和图像资料的查找,36人认为有助于理论知识的理解与融会贯通,36人认为该资料库的建立在教学实践中有进一步推广的价值。在教学实践中的应用效果包括:改进了教学方式,提高了学习效果和兴趣,促进了学科和学术发展。结论影像与病理图文资料库的建立在临床教学工作中有较好的应用和推广价值。Objective To establish the radiological and pathological image-description database and evaluate its application value in medical teaching. Methods We collected diagnostic information and images from Department of Radiology and Department of Pathology, and established a radiological and pathological image-description database containing diagnostic information, image-description and images. We searched for related teaching materials according to the supposed teaching topics and obtained radiological and pathological diagnostic information and images. Totally 40 people (20 interns, 10 residents, 5 postgraduates and 5 trainees) were selected to use this database and asked to answer questions regarding the application value of this database in teaching. Results They obtained the demanded diagnostic information and images successfully from this database according to the supposed teaching topics. According to the questionnaires, the 40 people thought that this database was convenient for search and cheek of diagnostic information, image-description data and images. Of them 36 people considered that the database helped them understand and master thereotical knowledge, and 36 thought that the database should be applied widely in teaching. The effects of its application included optimization of teaching process, improvement of learning efficiency and learning interest, and promotion of academic level. Conclusion Establishment of the radiological and pathological image-description database has a good value of application and promotion in clinical teaching.
