摘　　要：临床医师轮转培训是住院医师正规化培训体系的重要组成部分,心肺脑复苏是临床医师的最基本和最重要的技能之一。本文分析了心肺脑复苏的现状以及提高心肺脑复苏技能在住院医师规范化培训的作用,探讨了心肺脑复苏急救医学的发展方向,以提高急救医疗水平。Rotation training of clinicians is an important component of resident standardized training system. Cardiopulmonary-cerobral resuscitation （CPR） is one of the most important and basic clinical skills. This paper discusses the status quo of CPR and role of improving CPR skills in training residents. Then it explores the direction of emergency medicine development to improve the level of emergency medical care.
