摘　　要：转移相关基因1(MTA1)是最近发现的一个肿瘤转移相关基因,此基因一方面通过对细胞转录水平的调控和参与信号转导来调节肿瘤转移相关蛋白的表达水平,另一方面通过与组蛋白去乙酰化酶结合,影响组蛋白乙酰化水平,来调控基因的转录和复制,进而参与肿瘤的侵袭和转移。MTA1与多种肿瘤浸润转移有关,尤其是在上皮源性肿瘤中,其表达上调有可能为恶性肿瘤的诊断和预后提供新的判断指标。Metastasis-associated 1（MTA1）gene is a recently identified metastasis-associated gene.MTA1,on the one hand,can regulate the expression of tumor metastasis-associated protein by controlling cell transcription and signal transduction,and on the other hand,can regulate gene transcription and replication by coupling to histone deacetylase to impact on the level of histone acetylation,thereby affecting tumor invasion and metastasis.MTA1 gene is correlated with invasion and metastasis of multiple tumors especially epithelium-derived tumor.The increase expression of MTA1 may serve as a new index for diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumor.
