摘　　要：用假设检验方法检验测量平差模型是否存在系统误差,对存在系统误差的数学模型用半参数模型分离出系统误差,利用三次样条函数拟合系统误差,将系统误差参数化,达到精化平差模型的目的,结果说明半参数模型能有效修正参数模型中的系统误差.The hypothesis testing method is used to test if there are systematic residuals in the model of the measurement adjustment,and semi-parameter model is used to separate the systematic residuals for the mathematic models with systematic residuals.The cubic spline function is used to fit systematic residuals and parameterize systematic residuals and refine the model of the error compensation.The conclusion shows that the semi-parameter model can effectively correct the systematic residuals in the positive parameter model.
