大鼠胃癌术前区域性动脉灌注化疗的病理分析

摘　　要：目的:评价大鼠胃癌术前区域性动脉灌注化疗的疗效。方法:对20只SD大鼠利用Walker-256细胞株成功复制出种植性胃肿瘤模型,经腹腔动脉灌注阿霉素,化疗后第7天取肿瘤组织进行病理学对照观察。结果:实验组肿瘤坏死程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组肿瘤坏死多位于血管周围,而对照组肿瘤坏死与血管无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论:术前区域性动脉灌注化疗对胃癌有明显的治疗作用,主要通过引起肿瘤细胞坏死发挥作用。Objective： To evaluate the effects of preoperative regional artery chemotherapy on gastric carcinoma in rats. Methods： The models of implanted gastric tumor in 20 SD mice were duplicated by malignant tumor cell line Walker-256. ADR was used by celiac artery perfusion, 7 days after the chemotherapy, pathological observation was performed on tumor tissue. Results： The severity of the necrosis of tumor cells in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The necrosis of tumor cells was mainly found near the blood vessels in the experimental group, and that of control group showed no obvious correlation （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Preoperative regional artery chemotherapy has an inhibitory effect on the growth of gastric carcinoma mainly by causing the necrosis of tumor cells.
