摘 要:介绍了智能服装用光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)的封装方法和前后的温度传感特性对比。FBG将被植入服装中,作为温度传感器测量人体体温,实现对穿着者的健康监护。提出了一种针对智能服装用FBG的封装。通过选择适当的封装材料并进行合理的封装工艺处理,使得封装后的FBG温度传感器的波长变化与人体体温的变化呈现出一种良好的线性关系,其灵敏度为30.3 pm/℃。与裸光纤光栅的测试结果比较表明:其温度灵敏度系数提高了约3倍。The encapsulating technique of fiber Bragg grating(FBG) for the intelligent clothing and the comparison of temperature sensitive characteristics between encapsulated fiber and bare fiber are introduced. FBG sensor is embedded into clothing to measure body temperature. It can monitor the health of people who wear the intelligent clothes. An encapsulation technique of FBG for the intelligent clothing is suggested. By selecting the appropriate encapsulating materials, and having a reasonable encapsulation technics process, a good linear relationship of the encapsulated FBG temperature sensor changes in the wavelength and the human body temperature changes is shown, and its sensitivity is 30.3 pm/℃. The comparison of the experimental results between encapsulated fiber and bare fiber indicate that the temperature sensitivity coefficient of the encapsulated FBG sensor is about 3 times as much as that of bare FBG.
