摘  要:在沙漠条件下,探讨了寄生植物肉苁蓉寄生对寄主梭梭生长的影响。结果表明:肉苁蓉寄生后梭梭光合枝和根系生物量分别减少了29.99%和18.64%,肉苁蓉生物量仅占梭梭生物量减少量的35.66%;肉苁蓉寄生后梭梭光合枝中可溶性糖含量增加,而光合枝和根系中可溶性糖贮存量减少;梭梭光合枝、根系中淀粉和总非结构碳水化合物含量和贮存量均减少。说明肉苁蓉寄生使梭梭干物质总积累量减少,同时降低了梭梭根系碳水化合物含量和贮存量。We studied the effects of Cistanche deserticola on biomass and contents of carbohydrates in the host plant, Haloxylon ammodendron. The total biomass of H. ammodendron was reduced by 23. 30 g, but the biomass of C. deserticola was 8.31 g, the photosynthetic shoot biomass decreased by 30.0%, the trunk and two-year branche biomass decreased by 3.0%, and the root biomass decreased by 18.7%. The soluble sugar content in shoots of H. ammodendron parasitized by C. deserticola increased, but the soluble sugar stored in photosynthetic shoots and root decreased to different levels. Most starch and total non-structural carbohydrate (TNC) was stored in roots and the trunk, but starch was the major component. The concentrations of starch and TNC in photosynthetic shoots and root of H. ammodendron were higher than in those in artificially planted C. deserticola.
