摘 要:经济全球化使国际间商务往来日益频繁,商务谈判的跨文化性正越来越多地受到各国商业界的关注。在强调谈判策略和谈判技巧的同时,谈判人员更应注重文化参与在谈判过程中的影响以及跨文化语境的构建,在谈判的过程中发挥提问、回答和倾听等言语行为的语用价值,实现双方文化融通、利益双赢的国际商务谈判目的。Crosscuhurality in business negotiation is being paid more and more attention in the commercial field in every country. Negotiators should pay more attention to the embodiment of culture and the construction of cognition context in the process of negotiation as well as the negotiation skills and strategies. The pragmatic values of asking, answering and listening should be brought into full play in order to realize the mutual cultural understanding and profitable win-win objective of international business negotiation.
