摘  要:以橡胶促进剂废水为研究对象,采用二氧化氯(ClO2)对高浓度橡胶促进剂废水进行催化氧化实验。重点考察了二氧化氯(ClO2)在不同反应条件下处理废水的效果和反应的影响因素及处理后出水的可生化性。设计了在不同反应时间、pH值、试剂投加质量浓度等条件下COD的去除实验。结果表明:二氧化氯(ClO2)处理橡胶促进剂废水的最佳操作条件为:反应时间为2h,pH值为9、二氧化氯(ClO2)(以有效氯计)的投加量的质量浓度为500mg/L,COD去除率能够达到85%以上;催化氧化提高了废水的B/C比,出水经过生化处理后可达标排放。Taking the wastewater of rubber accelerator as the object, the paper used the chlorine dioxide to catalytically oxidize the high concentration wastewater of rubber accelerator. The treating effect by CIO2 under different reaction conditions, the influencing factors and the effluent biodegradability were investigated. The COD removal experiments under different reaction time, pH and dosage were designed. The results show that under the best reaction conditions when reaction time is 2 hours, the pH is 9 and the dosage (available chlorine) is 500 mg/L, the COD removal rate is over 85% and B/C ratio of wastewater is enhanced. Therefore the effluent can meet the discharge standard after biochemical treatment.
