综合康复治疗对偏瘫肢体功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨以运动疗法为主的综合康复治疗早期介入对脑卒中患者恢复期肢体功能恢复的影响。方法脑卒中患者恢复期患者92例,采用以运动疗法为主配合电脑中频治疗、作业治疗、电针、心理疏导等康复治疗。康复训练1次/d,20次/疗程。采用Brunnstrom偏瘫肢体功能评定法评定疗效。结果92例患者的偏瘫肢体的功能有不同程度的恢复,病后≤1mon与≤3mon进行肢体功能恢复比较,上、下肢体功能恢复比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论早期介入以运动疗法为主的康复治疗能促进脑卒中患者恢复期偏瘫肢体功能的恢复。Objective Approach the effect of combined rehabilitation major with cinesiatrics for the limbs functional recovery.Methods 92 cases of reconvalescent with cerebral apoplexy, adopt the ombined rehabilitation major with cinesiatrics, and combined with the treatment using the intermediate frequency of electronic computer, the homework cure, electric needle, mental state appease etc.Take the rehabilitation training once daily, 20 times for a course of treatment.Using the Brunnstrom method to assess the curative effect.Results The function of the semisideratio-limbs of 92 casess h＆~ restoration on different degree, functional restoration of limbs were compared one month and three months after the illness.There were significant difference between the upper and lower limbs（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Using the combined rehabilitation major with the cinesiatrics earlier can improve the functional restoration in the convalescence stage for the patients with cerebral apoplexy.
