消化系恶性肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞免疫组化研究

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学ＰＡＰ法及多种单克隆抗体，对１２例常见消化系统恶性肿瘤进行了原位研究。结果显示（１）ＴＩＬ在肿瘤局部主要分布于癌间质区，而癌质区仅有极少数ＴＩＬ浸润；（２）ＴＩＬ中的主导细胞为ＣＤ３＾＋Ｔ细胞，且无论在实质区还是在间质区ＣＤ＾＋４细胞均少于ＣＤ８＾＋，癌间质区ＣＤ＾４＋／ＣＤ８＾＋比值大于癌实质区；（３）无论在癌实质区还是在癌间质区。Employing immunohistochemical technique (PAP method), we analyzed the distribution of TILs from 12 different patients with cancer of digestive tract and theexpression of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD25 and HLA - DR antigens on these lymphocytes in situ . The results showed : (1) TILs were mainly located in interstitium in tumor and rarely in parenchyma . (2) The main part in TIL was CD3+ T lymphocytes, and CDt cells were less than CD8+ones in both interstitium and parenchyma , but CD4+/CD8+ ratio in interstitium was higher than that in parenchyma .(3) There were TILs bearing CD25 or HLA - DR antigens in both inters titium and parenchyma in tumor tissues. As far as the possible mechanisms of these changes were also discussed in this article.
