摘 要:针对小型无人机燃油系统的设计要求,经过分析和试验,选择耐油性、耐高低温性和耐老化性能良好的热塑性聚氨酯(PUR-T)薄膜作为燃油箱材料。详细介绍了PUR-T薄膜在小型无人机燃油箱上的应用研究,包括材料选择、材料的适应性试验等。PUR-T薄膜软油箱采用高频热压熔合方法制造,工艺简单,易于实现。PUR-T薄膜软油箱在多个无人机系统中已经被成功地应用,使用效果良好。Aiming at the design requirment of UAV fuel system, the thermoplastic polyurethane (PUR-T) film which could resist gasoline and have good weather, aging properties was selected as fuel-tank material. The study related to application of PUR-T film in UAV fuel-feed system was introduced including material choices and applicability tests and so on. The PUR-T film soft fuel-tank was made by hot-press fusion with high frequency electric current, this method was realizable. The PUR-T film soft fuel-tank was ap- plied to a UAV successfully, and the effect was all right.
