略论新建本科院校教育系科学生的专业发展

摘  要:新建本科院校教育系科是新一轮高等教育改革的产物。在日益激烈的就业竞争中,较之老牌本科院校教育系的学生,新建本科院校教育系学生处于较为不利的地位。在检视我国高校教育系科设置的历史演变与专业人才培养目标基础上,探讨新一轮基础教育新课程改革背景下教育系科学生的专业发展走向,提出教育系科教学改革与促进学生专业发展的若干建议,有重大的现实意义。The Education Departments of newly - established colleges are the products of a new round of educational reform. But the growing employment competition has placed their graduates in a more disadvantageous position than those from the Education Departments of long - established colleges. By analyzing the history of departments setting in China' s colleges and their goal of professional personnel cultivation, this paper aims at discussing about the trend of the professional development of the students in education departments with the new course reform of primary education as the main background, and presenting some suggestions to improve students' professional development.
