摘  要:以平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)生产污染料为主料,添加麦草秸杆、尿素等辅料,经发酵处理,进行鸡腿菇(Coprinus comatus)栽培试验。结果表明,培养料(/kg):污染料790 g,新鲜麦草秸秆150 g,生石灰20 g,过磷酸钙20 g,尿素10 g,种料10 g(其中,首次建堆种料为干制牛粪,其他批次为前一次发酵培养料),料水比1∶1.5,pH 7-8,用于鸡腿菇栽培,发菌成功率达90%~95%,出菇率达80%以上,生物学效率为43.5%~59.4%;试验期间,培养料建堆越晚,所需发酵时间也越短,鸡腿菇产量越高。Pleurotus ostreatus composts that had become contaminated during mushroom cultivation were supplemented with wheat straw and,after fermentation,used to cultivate Coprinus comatus.Four batches of cultivation substrate(pH 7~8),consisting of(per 100 g) contaminated compost 79 g,fresh wheat straw 15 g,quicklime 2 g,calcium superphosphate 2 g,urea 1 g,and a water-to-solid ratio of 1.5∶1,were prepared in sequence.Fermentation in the first batch of supplemented compost was initiated with 1%(w/w) dried cattle manure and,in subsequent batches,with 1% of the previous batch of fermented substrate.Mycelial colonization of the fermented cultivation substrate by C.comatus,fruiting frequency and biological efficiency values over the four batches were 90%~95%,80% and 43.5%~59.4%,respectively.Fermentation times were progressively shorter,and C.comatus fruit body yields progressively higher,with each batch of supplemented compost.
