摘  要:目的:观察复方莪术油微球肝动脉栓塞对大鼠移植性肝癌的治疗作用。方法:制备75只大鼠移植性肝癌模型,随机分为对照组、空白微球组、莪术油微球组、丝裂霉素微球组、复方莪术油微球组,每组15只。经肝动脉插管分别灌注0.2~0.3ml0.9%NaCl溶液、空白微球10mg/kg、莪术油微球10mg/kg、丝裂霉素微球2mg/kg、复方莪术油微球10mg/kg。比较各组大鼠肿瘤生长情况和坏死情况,观察复方莪术油微球对移植性肝癌大鼠血常规的影响。结果:复方莪术油微球组明显减小灌注后肝肿瘤体积,对肿瘤生长率的抑制更明显;病理组织学检查结果显示,复方莪术油微球组给药的大鼠肝脏内移植瘤组织坏死程度高于其他组;与丝裂霉素微球组比较,复方莪术油微球组明显升高大鼠血常规中WBC、LC、MN3项指标。结论:复方莪术油微球经肝动脉栓塞治疗大鼠移植性肝癌较单用莪术油微球和丝裂霉素微球抑瘤作用更明显,且可明显减轻丝裂霉素引起的血象异常。Objective: To observe the therapeutic cffeets of hepatic artery infusion with compound zedoary turmeric oil microsphere on transplanted hepatoma in rats. Methods: After the establishment of transplanted hepatoma model, 75 rats were randomly divided into control group, blank microsphere control group, zedoary turmeric oil microspheres group, mitomyein microsphere group, compound zedoary turmeric oil microsphere groups with 15 rats in each group. The rats in each group were infused with 0.2 ~ 0.3 ml normal saline, 10 mg/kg blank microspheres, 10 mg/kg zedoary turmeric oil microspheres, 2mg/kg mitomycin microspheres, 10mg/kg compound zedoary turmeric oil microspheres through hepatic artery, respectively. The growth and necrosis of tumor in each group were observed. In addition, the influence of compound zedoary turmeric oil microspheres on routine blood test was also measured. Results : Compared with other groups, compound microspheres zedoary oil reduced liver tumor volume and inhibited tumor growth rate more significantly. Result of histopathological examination showed that the degree of transplanted tumor necrosis in compound zedoary turmeric oil group was higher than that of other groups. The three indicators of WBC, LC and MN in routine blood test in compound zedoary turmeric oil microsphere group were significantly higher than those of mitomyein microsphere group. Conclusion : In the treatment of transplanted hepatoma with hepatic artery infusion, compound zedoary turmeric oil microsphere has better antitumor activity compared with zedoary turmeric oil microsphere or mitomycin microsphere, and can alleviate the abnormality of blood cell count caused by mitomycin.
