综合康复疗法治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿脑瘫的综合康复治疗疗效。方法对128例脑瘫患儿采用常规理学疗法、药物治疗、高压氧疗、中医针灸、语言训练等综合康复治疗。观察并比较不同年龄小儿脑瘫疗效。结果<6个月组患儿除1例外均治疗有效,7个月～1岁组有效率达93.75%,1～2岁组有效率达81.25%。>2岁组,有效率达66.67%。各年龄组治疗前后智能发育指数和运动发育指数均有提高,尤以小年龄组提高明显(P<0.01),脑瘫的类型以痉挛型疗效最好。结论综合康复疗法治疗小儿脑瘫效果明显,越早治疗康复程度越好。Objective To explore the curative effects of comprehensive rehabilitation of pediatric cerebral palsy.Methods Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,including regular physical therapy,drug therapy,hyperbaric therapy,acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,language training and so on,was performed on 128 patients with pediatric cerebral palsy.The curative effects of different ages of children with pediatric cerebral palsy were observed and compared.Results The group under the ages of 6 months were all treated effectively with one exceptiom for the group with the ages between 7 months and one year the effective rate was 93. 75% ; for the group with the ages between one year and two years the effective rate was 81.25%; for the group older than two years old the effective rate was 66. 67%. Mental developmental index （MDI） and psychomotor developmental index （PDI） of each age group before and after treatment were obviously improved, especially in the youngest group （P〈0. 01 ）and for the cerebral palsy with spasm. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation has obvious curative effects in pediatric cerebral palsy. The earlier treat- ment is, the better the rehabilitation is.
