摘　　要：对近年多肽类药物的各种分析方法,包括生物检定法、免疫分析法、同位素标记示踪法、色谱、质谱、核磁共振、色谱光谱联用技术等的研究进展作一综述。The paper reviews the commonly used analytical methods for polypeptide drugs in recent years, including bioassay, immunoassay, isotope labeling tracer method, chromatography, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and chromatography-tandem spectrometry and so on.
