地奥司明片治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察地奥司明片治疗混合痔手术后并发症的临床疗效。方法60例混合痔患者采用随机对照的方法分为两组,对照组30例在术前术后常规治疗的基础上,自手术后第1天开始连服安慰剂片;研究组30例患者在术前术后常规治疗的基础上,自手术后第1天开始连服地奥司明片。每天记录患者肛门水肿、疼痛、残便感、瘙痒、渗血、伤口愈合等情况。结果两组患者肛门水肿、疼痛、瘙痒、渗血、伤口愈合总得分比较,研究组优于对照组有显著差异性(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论地奥司明片可以有效治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿、渗血、疼痛、瘙痒、残便感及缩短创面愈合时间,可作为防治混合痔术后并发症的良药。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Diosmin Tablets on postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 60 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were adopted and randomized into two groups. 30 cases in control group were administered placebo tablet continuously since the 1 st day after operation on the basis of conventional treatment before and after operation. 30 cases in research group were administered Diosmin Tablets continuously since the 1st day after operation on the basis of conventional treatment before and after operation. Anus edema, pain, feces remaining, itching, exudation and wound healing were recorded everyday. Results The total scores of anus edema, pain, feces remaining, itching, exudation and wound healing in research group were superior to those in control group,indicating significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）, without apparent adverse reaction presented. Conclusion Diosmin Tablets can cure postoperative anus edema, exudation, pain, itching and feces remaining in postoperative mixed hemorrhoids and shorten the time of wound healing. It can be regarded as the effective drug in prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.
