36例真菌性角膜溃疡药物治疗的体会

摘　　要：目的观察真菌性角膜溃疡非手术治疗的临床疗效。方法对36例眼真菌性角膜溃疡的患者采用局部用药、碘酒烧灼、全身药物治疗等方法的疗效进行回顾性分析,总结非手术方法治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。结果36例眼经药物治疗后,治愈18只眼,好转10只眼,复发6只眼,无效2只眼。结论药物治疗是治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的一种有效方法,广谱抗真菌药物多烯类与三唑类药物局部、全身联合治疗有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ulcer non - surgical treatment of fungal corneal alcer. Methods Eyes of 36 cases of fungal corneal ulcer treated with local medication, iodine burning, treatment of non - surgical method of fungal corneal ulcer results. Results 36 cases of eye by drug treatment, cure for 18 eyes, 10 eyes improved, relapse six eyes, two eyes is invalid. Conclusion Drug therapy is the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer as an effective way to more broad - spectrum antifungal triazole drugs vinyl with local,systemic and effective combination therapy.
