摘 要:提出了反相高效液相色谱法同时测定葡萄酒中4种化合物,反式白藜芦醇、顺式白藜芦醇、反式白藜芦醇苷和顺式白藜芦醇苷的方法。对色谱分离条件做了试验并予以优化。以GLInertsil ODS-3 C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱,以不同比例配制的乙腈(φ10%)和乙腈(φ90%)的混合溶液为流动相作梯度淋洗,在检测波长为306 nm处进行测定。4种白藜芦醇类化合物浓度在一定范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系。标准加入平均回收率在95.73%~102.15%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)在3.12%~4.42%之间。RP-HPLC was applied to the simultaneous determinations of four resveratrols including transresveratrol, cis-resveratrol, trans-resveratrol glucoside and cis-resveratrol glucoside in grape wine. The chromatographic conditions of separation were tested and optimized. The /our resveratro/s were separated by gradient elution with mixed solutions of acetonitrile (φ10%) and acetonitrile (φ90%) with different ratios on GL Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column (4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), and their contents were determined by UV-detection at 306 nm. Linear relationships between the values of peak area and mass of four resveratrols were obtained. The values of recovery found by standard addition method were in range of 95. 73%-102. 15%, and values of RSD's (n=6) were in the range of 3.12%-4.42%.
