摘 要:近年来,随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加快,随着我国加入WTO后开放程度的不断加深,我国企业尤其是出口商品生产企业正面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争。面对共同的国际市场环境,国内企业若想制造出具有核心竞争力的产品,需要在各方面实现与国际接轨,其中最重要的一条就是遵守统一的产品质量标准,要有可靠性指标。而且,在产品研发的国际合作中,要遵循统一的研制规范,也需要可靠性专业的技术对接。Reliability engineering is a general technology.Many tools and methods provided to military production can also be applied to civilian production directly.We should upgrade the interaction of methods between military reliability engineering and civilian reliability engineering.Only in this way can we enhance core competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing. In applying this strategy,we should consider adequately the difference between military production and civilian production.For instance,one civilian mobile phone can be designed,manufactured and tested according to military standard which never be worn.But its price must be shocking.Such one mobile phone can be heavier than one brick.Who is willing to use a mobile phone like this? Therefore,we must seize market demand.We should think over applicability and maneuverability of the military methods which were used in civilian production.The key is mastering correctly the species and level which the production belongs to. The reasonable measure is considering adequately cost and R&D cycle of civilian product.At the same time we should take the peculiarity of different career and production into account.In this way,we can frame scientific and reasonable resolving method about reliability engineering.
