摘 要:针对传统电机车串联电阻调速时消耗能量大、效率低的缺点,设计了以DSP为控制核心的直流电机车的调速系统。该系统主电路采用三相桥式逆变器和整流电路,利用SVPWM控制技术和反馈跟踪控制策略,实现了转速和电流的双闭环控制。实验表明,该系统具有调速范围宽、抗干扰性强等特点,能够较好地解决传统电机车效率低的问题。To overcome the disadvantages of traditional speed control method through the series resistance, e.g. large energy consumption and low efficiency, the DSP-based speed control system for DC electric locomotives has been designed. The main circuit of the system adopts three- phase bridge inverter, rectifying circuit, SVPWM control technology and feedback tracking control strategy to implement double closed loops for rotating speed and current. The experiment indicates that the system features wide speed control range, high anti-interference capability, and it resolves the problem of low efficiency for traditional electric locomotives.
