摘　　要：通过对传统健美操选项课的教学所存在的弊端和局限性进行反思,按育人价值实现的需要探讨了健美操选项课小团队教学模式的合理性及价值,教师在各环节的作用与任务,进而建立新的健美操教学实践模式,其主要内容包括实行课内分组、重组教学内容、设计弹性化的教学方案。并希望健美操教学者在教学实践中有意识地、持久地去实践。Based on the problems and limitation of the teaching of the optional learning group of traditional aerobics, the paper discusses the rationality and value of the teacing model of the optional learning group of aerobics and the role and tasks of the teachers. The paper also proposes to establish the new aerobics teaching model which includes group division, rearranging teaching content and designing flexible teaching plan.
