摘 要:阐述了多片叠加节流阀片的优点,给出了油气弹簧节流阀的结构和原理。根据在相同压力下节流阀片弯曲变形量相等的当量关系,建立了n片叠加节流阀片的当量厚度计算公式。利用该公式,对n片或n组叠加节流阀片与压力之间的关系进行了分析,对油气弹簧压力相对于叠加阀片厚度的变化率进行了研究,并且对如何由开阀压力设计叠加节流阀片进行了探讨。最后通过实例,对某油气弹簧的叠加节流阀片进行设计和分析,并对阻力特性进行试验。In this article, the advantage of superposition throttle-slice is discussed, the structure and work theory of hydro-pneumatic spring throttle-slice is expatiated. According to the equivalent relation of bend deformation of throttle-slice in the same pressure, the equivalent thickness formula of superposition throttle-slice is established. With this formula, the relation of superposition throttle-slice and pressure is analyzed, the variety ratio of hydro -pneumatic spring pressure vs. the thickness of superposition throttle-slice is researched, and how to design superposition throttle-slice according to opening valve pressure is discussed. At last, the example of designing and analysis of superposition throttle-slice of hydro-pneumatic spring is put forward, and the tests are made for the damping characteristic.
