摘　　要：目的：探讨原癌基因ＣｅｒｂＢ１、ＣｅｒｂＢ２和外阴癌发生的关系。方法：应用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法检测了１３２例外阴病变中原癌基因ＣｅｒｂＢ１和ＣｅｒｂＢ２的表达。结果：两种癌基因在正常皮肤、外阴各型营养不良、不典型增生和鳞癌中的表达不同（Ｐ＜０．０５）。在各级鳞癌中表达则相反。结论：提示ＣｅｒｂＢ１和ＣｅｒｂＢ２在外阴鳞状上皮增生、癌变和鳞癌生长的不同阶段均有不同作用。Objective:To study the relationship between oncogenes C erbB 1,C erbB 2 and vulva carcinogenesis.Method:The expression of C erbB 1 and C erbB 2 oncogene was investigated by ABC technique of immunohistochemioloigy in 132 cases of vulva lesion.Results:The Expression among normal skin,various dystrophy,atypical hyperplasia,squanmous carcinama had significant difference( P <0.05).Expression showed a significant positive correlation in squamous carcinoma.Conclusion:The results suggested theat the C erbB 1 and C erbB 2 play diffrent roles in squamous cell proliferation,canceration and squamous carcinomas.
