摘  要:研究α-亚麻酸钙(Ca-ALA)的降血脂作用。将健康昆明种小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、低级量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,模型组和剂量组饲喂高脂饲料造小鼠高脂模型;低、中、高剂量组的小鼠在建模7d后,向其高脂饲料中分别添加0.095%、0.190%、0.380%的α-亚麻酸钙粉剂。每周称体重,6周后测定小鼠肝指数和血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量。结果表明,α-亚麻酸钙能明显降低高血脂小鼠的体重和肝指数,并显著降低高血脂症小鼠血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平。α-亚麻酸钙具有显著的调节小鼠脂质代谢的作用。The effect of calcium α-linolenic acid (Ca-ALA) on lipid metabolism of mice with hyperlipidemia was studied. The KunMing-strain male mice were divided into normal, model, low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose groups. The hyperlipidemia model was established by feeding mice with high fat feed. 7 Days later, the mice of the low-dose, middle-dose and high-dose groups were feed with high fat feeds containing 0.095%,0.190% and 0.380% of Ca-ALA, respectively. 6 Weeks later, the effects of Ca-ALA on weight, liver index and serum lipid were observed. The results showed that Ca-ALA could significantly reduce weight and liver index of the mice, significantly reduce serum TC, TG and LDL-C lever also. All these results indicated that Ca-ALA had significantly effect on regulation of lipid metabolism.
