焊接工职业健康监护以工种为主题的尝试

摘　　要：《职业健康监护监督管理办法》及其配套的强制性职业卫生标准《职业健康监护技术规范》(GBZ188-2007)正式实施近2年,该标准的主要起草人江潮强教授特别撰文阐述医学检查的内容与方法,对规范、指导健康监护工作起到积极作用,该办法与配套标准,是沿用多年以职业病危害因素作为主标题展开的。作者总结多年来乌鲁木齐铁路局疾病预防控制所对于多因素的职业病危害作业采取以工种为主标题进行职业健康监护,已取得效果,笔者并将该所在20年间,对多次入围324例焊接工动态健康监护发现的焊工尘肺23例、焊工锰中毒61例、焊工氟骨病3例以及焊工铅中毒、聚氯乙烯裂解气中毒等做一介绍,旨在与同行共同探讨。＂Occupational Health Care Supervision and Management Methods＂ and its matching mandatory occupational health standard, Occupational Health Surveillance technical specifications （GBZ 188 -2007 ） have been formally implemented for two years. Professor JIANG Chao - qiang, the main drafters of the standard, particularly wrote the article to expound the contents and methods of medical examination, which had positive effect on standardizing and guiding the health surveillance. The methods and standards have been in use for many years, which developed on the basis of occupational hazard factors. The institute for disease prevention and control of Urumqi railway bureau performed occupational health surveillance on operations exposed to muhifactorial occupational hazard according to the type of work for many years, and the work has made some positive effect. The author introduced some cases found in dynamic health surveillance of 324 welders in 20 years, which included 23 pneumoconiosis cases, 61 manganese poisoning cases, 3 bone fluorosis cases, lead poisoning and cracking gas of PVC poisoning.
