摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌切除术的安全性和可行性。方法:回顾性分析21例腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌切除病例的临床资料。结果:21例患者均无中转开腹,术中出血量50～100 mL,术后72 h内肠功能恢复,平均术后住院时间10.5 d,1例患者因肝、肺转移死亡,无穿刺口及皮肤切口肿瘤种植病例发生,效果满意。结论:腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌切除术切口小,减少了并发症的发生,切口种植率不高,根治效果良好,是一种安全、可行的手术方式,基本可达到与开腹手术相同的治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic assisted rectal cancer resection.Methods： Data of 21 cases of colorectal carcinomas that underwent laparoscopic assisted resections in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed.Results： Operations were successfully preformed under laparoscope on all patients,the amount of bleeding during operation was between 50100 mL,the function of intestines came back within 72 h,the mean hospital stay was 10.5 d after operation,1 case died of transformation in liver and lung,and the others were still alive with cancer.Conclusion： With less complications and smaller incision,laparoscopic assisted rectal cancer resection is safe,feasible and showed the same curative effects as abdominal rectal cancer resection.
