关于高校女辅导员现状的分析和思考

摘　　要：高校女辅导员从事学生工作既有敏锐的感知力、稳定的事业心、便于开展女生工作的优势,也存在心理素质、开拓创新能力、协调能力等方面的局限性。因此,高校女辅导员应努力提高自身的综合素质,以适应新时期党和国家对高校辅导员队伍建设的新需要。Female counsellors in colleges and universities have the advantages of keen perception,stable dedication to work and easily being engaged in girl-students education.Meanwhile,they also have the limitations on psychology quality,initiative and innovation ability and coordinating ability.Therefore female counsellors should make efforts to enhance their own comprehensive quality to adapt to the new demands of the Party and the State in new era.
