摘 要:通过对EBZ255掘进机的运动情况分析,得出几种不同典型工况及危险工况,针对具有顶进和回转截割的危险工况下回转台整体和回转台零件进行了力学分析,在此基础上,对回转台进行了有限元分析,得出应力、应变和变形云图,找出了回转台危险点,为该机的改进及优化设计提供指导。By analysis of the movement of EBZ255 roadheader, several different models of working conditions and dangerous working conditions were proposed. The mechanical analysis of rotary table parts was completed. And then the stress analysis was detected with the Cosmos finite element analysis software and the Stress, strain and deformation clouds were obtained. The maximal stress value and its position were detected in the toughest working condition, so as to provide guidance to improve and optimize the design of the machine.
