摘　　要：研究和讨论了齿轮箱润滑技术特点,分析了采煤机齿轮箱的具体工况条件,设计了一种采煤机齿轮箱自动润滑装置,实现了齿轮箱箱体内最高端处的齿轮及轴承的润滑,较好地解决了齿轮箱内飞溅润滑效果不良处的齿轮及轴承润滑,增加了齿轮、轴承的耐用度和使用寿命,提高了采煤机的工作可靠性和使用寿命,延长了采煤机整机检修时间,适应现代采掘的需要,具有较好的经济效益。The technology characteristics of gear-box lubrication were studied and discussed,the specific operating conditions of the coal mining machine gearbox was analyzed, one kind of gear-box installment in the coal mining machine with self-lubrication was designed, lubrication for both gears in the highest end and bearings has been realized. Both gears with bad splash lubrication effects and bearing lubrication in the gear-box have been solved, both durability and service life for gears and bearings were increased, operational reliability and service life for the coal mining machine was enhanced, overhauling time to the coal mining machine was lengthened. And requirement for modem excavation was met well, and had good economic efficiency.
