摘　　要：目的探讨个体工作相关特性对合同护士职业压力的影响。方法以护士工作压力量表和自行设计的一般情况及工作相关特性调查表随机调查广州市某三甲医院的235名合同护士,并以125名正式护士作为对照组。结果合向护士工作压力得分为85.32±20.49。不同工作能力、性质、强度的职业压力与正式护士比较,差异有统计学意义。结论合同护士工作压力属中度,职业压力受工作能力、性质、强度的影响。[ Objective ] To explore the impact of the individual job-related characteristics on occupational stress of contract nurses. [Methods]A total of 235 contract nttrses from a third grade class A hospital of Guangzhou City were investigated in a random sorvey via applying occupational stress scale of nurses and self-designed general situation/job-related characteristics questionnaire, while 125 formal nurses were included as the control group. [Results]The contract nurses occupational stress score was 85.32 ±20.49. The differences of capacity, nature and intensity of occupational stress were significant between contrast nurses and formal nurses. [ Conclusion] Occupational stress of contract nurses is moderate, occupational stress are affected by the capacity, nature and intensity of job.
