摘  要:氟性骨损伤骨周化骨与成纤维细胞密切相关,在骨周组织中,成纤维细胞(fibroblast,FB)属于诱导性骨祖细胞范畴(inducible osteogenic precursor cell,IOPC),在特殊条件下具有成骨功能。过量氟通过刺激骨周软组织FB表达成骨表型,使成骨活性增强而导致氟性骨损伤骨周化骨。该文概述了染氟对成纤维细胞的影响,以期对氟性骨损伤的进一步研究有所帮助。Extraperiosteal ossification of bone injury induced by fluoride is closely associated with fibroblasts (FB ) which belong to inducible osteogenic precursor cell in bone ( IOPC ) , they have osteogenic function under special conditions. Excessive fluoride stim- ulates fibroblasts to express osteogenic phenotype, enhances the osteogenic activity, and results in extraperiosteal ossification of bone injury induced by fluoride. This paper summarizes the effects of fluoride on fibroblasts which is considered to be beneficial to the fur- ther study of bone injury induced by fluoride.
