摘　　要：目的：探讨大脑两半球痫样放电有否差异。方法：回顾性分析5396例患者的脑电图记录。结果：452例（8．4％）脑电图显示有痫样放电，212例局限于左半球，155例局限于右半球，两者有显著差异；痫样放电部位以颞叶多见（264例，P＜0．01），其中颞叶内侧面痫样放电128例。结论：痫样放电左半球多见，可能与大脑两半球存在发生学上的生理差异有关。Objectives:To determine the existence of hemispheric dominance in epilepiform discharges.Meth The EEGs of 5396 pateints pateints were retrospectively studied: Results: Epileptiform discharges were observed in 452cases (8.4% ) .Of 452,the discharges were localized on the Ieft hemisphere in 212 of the pateints pateints and the right in 155 cases.A significant difference was noted (P＜0.05). Epileptiform diecharges were mostly seen on the temporal lobe,covering 246 cases (P＜0.01 ). Conchusions:The interictal epileptifrom discharges were mostly obeserved on the left hemisphere,suggesting that tere might be some difference of the pathophysiogenesis in relation to the cerebral hemisphere.
