摘  要:目的:了解羟基磷灰石眶内植入物血管化过程。方法:应用核素闪烁扫描对17只兔眼实验性眶内羟基磷灰石植入术后和22例羟基磷灰石植入眼窝成形术患者植入物内血管长入状况进行检查。所得感兴趣区放射性平均计数比值,应用负指数饱和增长模型公式统计。结果:17只实验兔眶内直径10mm羟基磷灰石植入物术后检测数据行统计分析为6周完全血管化。22例患者眶内直径21mm羟基磷灰石植入物术后检测数据行统计分析为14周完全血管化。结论:羟基磷灰石植入眼窝成形术后14周内可完成植入物血管化的全过程;核素闪烁扫描检查技术可用于临床观察眶内羟基磷灰石植入物的血管化程度和过程。To investigate the process of vascularization of hydroxyapatite ocular implants,vascularization of the ocular implants was measured by Tc 99m MDP bone imaging in 17 rabbits and 22 patients Statistical analysis of the ratio of average radiated counting number at interested area was done by the formula of negative characteristic of saturated increasing model Complete vascularization was noted in 17 rabbits with 10mm hydroxyapatite ocular implants and in 22 patients with 21mm hydroxyapatite ocular implants at 6 weeks Our results showed that complete vascularization could occur in 14 weeks after ocular hydroxyapatite implantation Tc 99m MDP bone imaging was sensitive to assess the process of vascularization in ocular hydroxyapatite implants
