摘 要:传统电液式炮控系统采用的是模拟控制,且存在液压油泄漏可能引起的二次爆炸。数字交流全电炮控系统的高低向分系统用交流永磁同步电动机及滚珠丝杠代替了原有的电液伺服系统,方位向分系统用交流永磁同步电动机系统代替了原有的电机放大机——直流电动机调速系统,两个分系统均以TMS320F2808为主控CPU,实现了全数字化控制。在MATLAB/SIMULINK中建立了数字交流全电炮控系统的仿真模型,并将仿真结果与实验结果进行了比较。该方案使坦克炮控系统的整体性能得到显著提高。Traditional electrohydraulic gun control system made use of analog control method, and its leaked hydraulic liquid could lead to produce secondary explosion. The elevation subsystem of digital AC all-electric gun control system made use of the permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM) drive control system combined with ball-screw to replace the former electrohydraulic servo system. Furthermore, the azimuth subsystem made use of the PMSM drive control system to replace the former amplidyne-DC motor system. Overall digital control of the two subsystems were realized by means of taking TMS320F2808 as main control processor. In the meanwhile the simulation model of digital AC all-electric gun control system was established in MATLAB/SIMULINK, and the results of simulation and experiment were compared. The research results showed that the new project can greatly improve the whole performance of gun control system.
