摘　　要：近年来,制造企业对物流的作用有了更深刻的认识,科学的衡量物流企业的绩效成为很多企业的愿望和要求。对制造企业内部物流绩效评价进行研究具有很现实的意义。文中结合岳阳纸业股份有限公司的结构和内部物流框架体系,构建了岳阳纸业内部物流绩效指标体系。In recent years, manufacturing companies have a more profound understanding on the uitilty of logistics. Scientific evaluation the logistics performance of a enterprises has became a strong desire and demand. The study of internal logistics performance evaluation of manufacturing companies has vary practical significance. The indicators system of the internal logistics performance evaluation is presented on the basis of the internal structure of Yueyang Paper shareholding company in this paper.
