浅谈高校太极拳教学中的攻防技击

摘　　要：本文对教学中融入攻防技击进行了探讨,认为太极拳攻防技击不仅使学生更加深入了解太极拳及其拳理,还能更好的解决教学中出现的一系列问题。This paper discusses the offensive and defensive skill, and points out that Taijiquan offensive and defensive skill can enable students not only more indepth understanding of Taijiquan and its grounds, but also a better solution on a series of issues in the teaching.
