tPSA及fPSA／tPSA比值在前列腺癌诊断中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中TPSA及fPSA／tPSA比值在诊断前列腺癌中的临床意义。方法用瑞士罗氏公司E170电化学发光分析仪测定40例正常人、102例前列腺增生和47例前列腺癌患者血清TPSA及fPSA／tPSA比值并进行分析。结果以tPSA〉4．0g／L和FPSA／TPSA比值〈0．16作为前列腺癌界定值及判别指标，其敏感性、特异性分别为tPSA93．62％、68．31％；fPSA／tPSA89．36％、90．85％。结论fPSA／tPSA比值在鉴别前列腺癌与前列腺增生中有重要的临床应用价值。Objective Discusses in the blood serum ff＇SA and the fPSA/tPSA ratio in diagnoses in the prostate gland cancer＇s clinical significance. Methods Electrochemistry illumination analyzer deter mines 40 normal people, 102 cases prostate gland proliferation and 47 cases prostate gland cancer patient blood serum fPSA and the fPSA/tPSA ratio with Roche the El70 and carries on the analysis. Results When using tPSA 〉 4.0μg/L and the ratio of fPSA/tPSA 〈 0.16 only as prostate cancer diagnostic criterion, the specificity and the positive detectable rate were tPSA 93.62% ,68.31% and fPSA/tPSA 89.36% ,90.85%. Conclusion The ratio of fPSA/tPSA there is important clinical application value in differentiating the prostate cancer and the benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH）.
