摘　　要：目的探讨无瘤手术在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用。方法术中严格把握“肿瘤区”与“无瘤区”器官组织手术器械物品的使用，避免肿瘤细胞污染正常组织。结果施行无瘤手术的患者肿瘤局部的复发与转移减少，术后无瘤生存期延长。结论护理人员在行肿瘤手术时，应掌握无瘤原则，配合手术医生认真执行无瘤护理技术。Objective To explore the application of non - tumor technique in patients with cancer. Methods The operative instruments were used separately between the area of tumor and non - tumor during the operation in case that the normal tissue was polluted. Results The rate of recurrence and metastasis were decreased in patients with non - tumor technique, and their lives with non - tumor were prolonged after the operation. Conclusion The nurse should master and carry out the non - tumor technique in the course of cooperation.
