摘　　要：本文针对石油机械中的重要设备泥浆泵液缸在化学镀镍施工中的工艺特点，对溶液中的络合剂、缓冲剂、稳定剂的用法、用量作了实验论证，确定了补加系数、比例，并就施工过程中工艺控制进行了总结．The technological characteristics of electroless Ni plating of cylinder of mud pump are deseribed. The usage and the dose of complex agcnts , buffer and stabihzer were tested. The additional factor and proportion of these agents were determined. Several key links of technological control in the process were discussed in the paper.
