摘  要:通过对脱硅过程中含硅铝酸钠溶液表面张力和黏度的测定,研究脱硅温度、氧化铝浓度、苛性比等因素对溶液的表面张力和黏度的影响.实验结果表明:低温、高浓度、高苛性比的溶液表面张力和黏度较大,反之则较小.通过XRD检测手段对脱硅后的渣相进行分析,用衍射峰与结构的关系解释溶液的表面张力和黏度的变化对硅量指数的影响.In desilication process,the silicon dioxide containing sodium aluminate solutions has been investigated by surface tension and viscosity.It was discussed that the surface tension and viscosity were mainly affected by temperature,alumina concentration and the ratio of caustic.The result shows that:at the condition of low-temperature,high-concentration and high ratio of caustic,the surface tension and viscosity were high,otherwise they were small.The residue was detected by the examination method of XRD.The effect of the changes of surface tension and viscosity on the A/S was explained by the relationship between X-ray diffraction and structure of the solution.
