老年人便秘与焦虑、抑郁发生的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解老年人便秘现状,并探讨多省市城乡老年人社会支持和心理因素对便秘发生率的影响,为采取应对措施提供依据。[方法]在26省按照城乡和男女分层抽样,对2600名老年人进行问卷调查,并对有效的2414份问卷进行数据统计学处理。[结果]老年人便秘患病率37.1%,老年人便秘与抑郁和焦虑的发生情况相关,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]应重视老年人便秘问题,降低抑郁和焦虑的发生率。[Objective] To understand the constipation status, and to study on the relation between social support, mentality factor and constipation, so as to provide basis for taking measures. [Methods] A self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate 2600 old persons selected in 26 provinces by stratified sampling. 2414 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SSPS13.0. [Results] The incidence of the aged constipation was 37.1%. The constipation had significantly association with social support and mentality factor among aged people （P﹤0.01）. [Conclusion] We should pay more attention to constipation of aged people, and decrease the incidence of depression and anxiety.
