摘 要:通过对FCC汽油组成、诱导期等指标的跟踪测试,分析了影响汽油诱导期的主要因素。结果表明,酚类化合物及共轭二烯烃是影响FCC汽油诱导期的主要因素,酚含量越高、二烯值越小,汽油诱导期越长。在一定范围内,酚含量决定了诱导期。催化裂化原料的好坏,不仅直接影响FCC的汽油性质,而且通过改变催化剂活性影响反应和汽油性质。通过优化催化裂化原料及操作条件、优化调合及添加抗氧防胶剂等对策可保证汽油诱导期合格。the main conjugate impact dienes Based upon the test data correlation of the composition and induction period of FCC gasoline, factors of induction period of gasoline are analyzed. The results show that the phenols and the are the main impact factors affecting the induction period of FCC gasoline. The higher the phenols and lower the conjugate dienes are, the longer the induction period is. The induction period is mainly decided by phenols content in a certain range. The quality of FCC feed can not only directly affect the FCC gasoline quality but also impact the reaction and thus the gasoline quality by changing the FCC catalyst activi- ty. The standard specifications of gasoline induction period can be met by optimization of FCC feedstocks and operating conditions, optimization of product blending and addition of anti-oxidant, etc.
